We carefully inspect each item for quality and cleanliness before listing. Only gently used pieces in excellent condition are accepted.
2. What age ranges do you cover?
Our inventory typically includes clothing for children aged 0-6 years at the moment.
3. Do you offer returns?
We don't offer returns, but we're confident you'll love your items. If you're ever disappointed for any reason, please email us and we'll do our best to make it right.
4. How do you price your items?
Prices are set based on the item's original retail value, current condition, and brand. Expect savings of 40-70% off retail prices.
5. Do you sanitize the clothing
All items are thoroughly cleaned & ironed before listing. We use eco-friendly detergents and sanitising methods.
6. How often do you update your inventory?
We add new items daily, so check back often for the latest additions.
7. Can I sell my children's outgrown clothes through your platform?
Yes! While we're not currently a marketplace, we're always looking to expand our inventory. If you have high-quality, gently used children's clothing you'd like to sell, please email us at info@ourlittlewardrobe.com. We'd be happy to discuss potential opportunities to work together.
8. How do you handle shipping?
We know shipping costs can be frustrating, so we've decided to offer free standard shipping on all orders. For those special occasions when you need an item urgently, we do offer a fast-track shipping option at an additional cost.
